MySpace predator busted by Homeland Security

32-year-old Celestino Paguyo of Riverside, California was arrested on charges of contacting a minor with the intent to commit a sexual offense.

Paguyo convinced a 16-year-old girl he met over MySpace to meet with him. He picked her up from school where according to the article he persuaded her to perform a sex act on him. Paguyo posed as a 20-year-old.

It seems that someone tipped of MySpace to Paguyo's activities who in turn may have told the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children who tipped off Homeland Security.

Now Homeland Security has seized Paguyo's computer and are hoping to charge him with federal crimes.
