Columbia man in jail again for behavior toward young girl
A Columbia man was arrested again for acting inappropriately toward a young girl.
Richland County deputies arrested 21-year-old David Poplin on Friday after they were told Poplin had kissed and fondled a 13-year-old girl. Poplin later admitted that he had done it. Poplin, a former USC student was arrested last week for sending inappropriate messages to several young girls through MySpace.
