Oral sex after MySpace chat

21-year-old Ashley Wood (male) of England was sentenced to 3 years probation and his name placed on the sex offenders registry for messing around with a then 13-year-old girl after meeting her on MySpace.

Prosecutor David Chrimes said Wood, then aged 20, drove to a secluded place where sexual activity took place.

The girl gave him oral sex and he sexually touched her.

Wood took his punishment like a man pleading guilty to having sexual activity with a child but still tired using the 'she said she was 17′ defense.

William Manley, defending, said the girl had said she was 17 when she was on the social networking website MySpace.

But Mr Manley added: "There are no excuses and no justification. Mr Wood recognises what he had done was wrong and criminal.

Previously Wood had no criminal record.
